Selection Process - A Conference Planning Committee will be guided in the selection of sessions by the following criteria: quality of presentation (objectives and organization); innovativeness; importance and timeliness of the topic to the field; practical applicability; and program balance. Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent to the primary clinician on or before August 15th, 2019.
Procedure - Please complete this online form and email the required documents listed below for EACH session proposed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposal applications are not considered complete until all of the necessary documents have been received by DMEA.
1. Outline of the session (maximum of two pages).2. Clinician Resume (maximum of two pages - must include background, qualifications and recent session presentation experience).3. Short biography to be included in the conference program book.4. Letter of Endorsement from Corporation/Company if applicable.
