USD 402 Attendance & Participation Log
Pk-12 ATTENDANCE/PARTICIPATION LOG
A parent/guardian and the student/child is required by the Kansas State Dept of Education and USD 402 to complete an Attendance/Participation Log after participating remotely on a school day.

*Please complete the learning log no later than midnight.


ATTENDANCE
If a student & parent/guardian does not complete this log on remote learning days, the student will be considered absent on that day. For an absence to be excused, the parent must contact the school secretary to report the absence. USD 402 Attendance policies will be followed.
