In addition, If you are married or if you aren't the only decision-maker, we need to talk to both you and your spouse, or you and the decision-maker, at the same time. I am making this rule because I REALLY value the woman who sold us on the water, and there have been one too many instances where she got on the phone with one spouse, who was completely sold on getting the water ASAP, but then she had to get on the phone with the other spouse and re-explaiin everything to them. She is extremely busy, I am very lucky that she is able to help me at all (I kind of had to plead with her for help), and she just doesn't have the time to repeat herself to two different spouses. I don't want to risk losing her help, so now, all decision-makers must be present on the phone at the same time.
One way we MAY send information (after speaking to you on the phone) is by sending it through a newsletter, provided by the company that makes the machines. It is just additional information you may want to read, about the machines, company, and technology. Your email address will not be shared with other companies, and you are able to opt-out any time.
