The two primary ways to partner with us are by hosting an Exhibitor Table or by sponsoring a refreshment break and/or lunch.

Exhibitor Tables

Exhibitor Tables provide an face to face opportunity for you to engage with leaders, and share your messaging and resources. Please note that certain site locations have a limited number of exhibitor spaces available. Your table reservation at a site is not guaranteed until our office confirms it with you.

Included:

A 6'x3' rectangular table will be provided for you to display your materials and share your message with Summit attendees.
You will receive 1 complimentary ticket to the Summit, allowing the representative at your booth to attend and participate in Summit sessions.

Cost:

Non-Profit Pricing: $500 + applicable tax per location.
Corporate Pricing: $750 + applicable tax per location.

Refreshment & Lunch Sponsorship

Sponsor a break and/or lunch at one or more of the locations below. Banners or tent cards may be leveraged in the refreshment area to highlight the sponsorship. The Summit MC will also make an announcement from the stage recognizing your sponsorship of the next break.
