The Reimagine Holiday Whopla is looking for young adults with a desire to positively impact their community while building their college or career resumes.
These select individuals will work with the amazing members of the Reimagine Holiday Whopla Board of Trustees: Kristy Duritsch, Marie Edwards, Cari Hillman, Avinne Kiser on several key initiatives crucial to the success of the Holiday Whopla citizen driven project.
Students can choose to work on any of the following areas:
- Marketing/Social Media
- Ice Rink Programming
- Local school participation
- Volunteer experiences
- City Council Presentations
Students will gain experience with interviewing skills, public speaking, professional networking, presentation development, marketing, recruitment, and community development.
Commitment:
- Meetings will be bi-weekly from Oct. 1st to Dec.1st
- Dec.1 thru Jan.31st as needed participation depending on the area of focus the student chooses
- Feb. 1st -March 1st as needed for students participating in the City Council Presentation
