This form is for ordering prints or digital copies of school photos. Order individual, sibling (6 x 4), class (5 x 7) and/or whole school photos. Once received photos will be available to collect from school. Photos are available to view online here

Explain any further requests, for example if you want more than one copy of each photo. For parents and whānau wanting only digital photos explain that here. There will be a flat charge of $5 per image for digital copies.

Photos will be ordered once full payment has been received. We are unable to charge photos to your school account. A digital copy of each photo will be shared with parents and whānau who order prints. Please indicate how you have paid here *
