Head In The Game is a community based mental health & wellbeing charity aimed at bringing people together to talk by attending weekly football sessions. The sessions are free and run at various venues across the UK.
Each session consists of two football drills, a short sided match and a talking therapy session. We run weekly drop in sessions alongside our 6 and 12 week programmes. Please bring boots / astros (and some sportswear) shin pads are optional. Please complete the registration form below. Once submitted we will respond to your message within 48 hours by phone, email or WhatsApp - please check your junk folder as our replies sometimes default to there. Don't forget to click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page!
