Each player who wishes to enroll must submit their forms separately.
Confirmation will be sent by program staff prior to the first lesson.
Please do not attend class until confirmation of enrolment is received and the class is paid for.

No Tennis - Friday 6pm Intermediate class ONLY 6th December ( 4 - week term )
