Chicago South Side Birth Center is a non-profit startup that will be an independent, midwife-led, Birth Center on the south side of Chicago. We hope to be an answer to the lack of care options as well as a solution to the inequitable perinatal health outcomes among Black birthing people and children on the south side but we really need your help!
We want to hear what YOU want and need from a Birth Center in your south side community. Your answers are confidential and will be used to assess the need, drive the service provision, and program development of Chicago South Side Birth Center. We also aim to share these responses (strictly anonymously) with community members and partners organizations. This survey will take 5-7 minutes to complete.
