Venture University Offers Two Program Paths:
Path #1: Learn + Do Venture Capital - Join Venture University's quarterly 11-week Venture Capital Investor Accelerator, which combines both VU's Investor Education Program with VU's Investment Apprenticeship Program, and includes a REVERSE DEMO DAY, a Graduation Trip, and three certificates.
- VU's Investor Education Program: Includes a one-week VC/PE Masterclass, 16+ Advanced VC/PE Modules, and weekly Fireside Chats.
- VU's Investment Apprenticeship Program: Become a team member of a top performing VC fund for 1 - 4 quarters, build a track record by making up to 7 - 28 investments over 3 - 12 months, receive a profit sharing agreement in your cohort's selected investments, and present investments at VU's REVERSE DEMO DAY.
Path #2: Learn Venture Capital - VC/PE Masterclass (Live or On-Demand). Choose Between Two Course Formats:
- VC/PE Masterclass: Live Scheduled Program (One-Week) - Scheduled During The 1st Week (Monday - Friday) of Each Quarterly Investor Accelerator Program.
- VC/PE Masterclass: On-Demand Video Course - Complete On Your Own Schedule.
Program Overview:
🔑 Build Knowledge: VU's Investor Education Program includes a one-week VC/PE Masterclass, 16+ Advanced VC/PE Modules, and weekly Fireside Chats.
💼 Build Investment Experience: VU’s Investment Apprenticeship places you on the investment team of a top-tier venture capital fund (VU Venture Partners) as an Analyst, Associate, Principal, or Venture Partner. You’ll join a vertical-focused team, source and present top deals at weekly Partner Meetings, share investment theses and diligence in Management & Vertical Meetings, and present and participate on the Investment Committee.
🛠️ Build Skills: Deal sourcing, conducting due diligence, and investment evaluation.
📈 Build a Track Record: Make up to 7 investments per quarter, and up to 28 investments over 4 quarters.
🌐 Build A Network: Access VU’s global alumni network of 1,000+ investors and VU's broader ecosystem of VC/PE investors, founders, and companies, which provides a long-tail of value leading to career opportunities, investment opportunities, and lifetime friendships.
💰 Build A Profit: Receive a Profit Sharing Agreement to share in the financial upside on your cohort's investments.
🎓 Graduate & Celebrate: Present selected investments at REVERSE DEMO DAY, attend a Graduation Trip, and join annual VU Alumni events.
📜 Earn Three Certificates: Masterclass, Advanced Modules, & Investment Experience.
📍 Location: All programs can be attended in person at one of VU's HQ locations (San Francisco, Munich, São Paulo, Hong Kong) or virtually from anywhere.
⏱️ Time Commitment: Part-time (20+ Hours) or Full-time (40+ Hours).
