Technology Purchase Request Form
Technology purchase requests should be made using the Technology Purchase Request form found on the Technology Website (District Home Page > Departments > Technology > Technology Purchase Request Form). Requests should be submitted by Principals, Vice Principals, Directors, Supervisors, and secretarial staff in proxy of their direct supervisor.
