Technology Purchase Request Form
Overview
Technology purchase requests should be made using the Technology Purchase Request form found on the Technology Website (District Home Page > Departments > Technology > Technology Purchase Request Form). Requests should be submitted by Principals, Vice Principals, Directors, Supervisors, and secretarial staff in proxy of their direct supervisor. The requests will be reviewed by the Technology Department and / or the Office of Curriculum and Instruction, Office of Primary and Secondary Divisions, and the Business Office.

In many cases, the Technology Department will purchase requested items utilizing the department’s purchasing accounts. In instances where funds are not available, the department may utilize the requesting parties accounts to fund the purchase. The technology department will communicate with the requesting party regarding the purchase of the requested technology items.
