Back by popular demand! PLATO member Donaby Henton will lead a workshop to experiment with ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence app, on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 1:00 – 3:00pm on Madison's East Side at Oakwood Village Prairie Ridge.***

Participants will work through a series of short, interactive “labs” that demonstrate how ChatGPT can help with writing, learning, creativity, and problem-solving. One exercise invites participants to ask ChatGPT to “role-play” as a fictional or historical character, revealing how AI can adapt tone, perspective, and voice in surprising ways. 

Please bring your own smartphone or tablet installed with the ChatGPT application – although assistance on installation will be available, if needed. This session is open to PLATO members only and registration is required by Wednesday, May 27. To register, please complete and submit the form below and contact Donaby Henton at aiexplorer125@gmail.com with any questions you may have.
