In 2020, the Prevention Network teamed up with OrganizingTogether to implement the Michigan Data to Action (MODA) project. After implementing an organizational capacity assessment (OCA) with 62 overdose prevention organizations, it was apparent that service providers and clients needed a better way to find services closest to them.
