We are only collecting information on teachers who stayed in the profession (any role in education) but chose to continue their career in another state. This survey is not for those that left education all together. Please share this link with them versus filling it out for them. (http://bit.ly/okteacherflight. This will avoid repeats and better represent the data.
The raw data of these responses will not be shared, instead will be used to generate maps showing where teachers left from, where they moved to. The data will be used to summarize financial, educational, and opportunity implications of the movement of teachers from Oklahoma to neighboring states. Here is a mock of the map with test data: https://drive.google.com/open?id=16XinKF6eHeWkvte8fwE3i1Leyt0&usp=sharing
