What is FTLT?
FTLT is a 6-week leadership program that culminates in FTLT week. This week (Oct 13 - 19) FTLT will take over the programing for BCM. The team will be responsible for developing and implementing content for our weekly worship gathering (6:33), family group studies, and outreach events.
We want to equip you to engage in future leadership at the BCM and the local church. Being a part of FTLT you will have the opportunity to use your gifts, learn about spiritual leadership, build friendships with other freshman and transfers, and have some fun.
1 - To be known.
Everyone needs a community in college. We want to connect you with other new Hokies at the BCM. We believe that our lives as followers of Jesus can only be lived fully in the context of genuine community.
2 - To understand the heart of BCM and our mission.
At the center of everything we do is the pursuit of God and His kingdom. We exist to introduce college students to Jesus Christ and call them to walk with Him for a lifetime.
3 - To understand the Gospel.
We believe we are called to share the love of Jesus with others. We want to see others on our campus and around the world awakened to the Truth and Grace that Christ has to offer.
