TLC Advanced Request Form
Fill out this form to request a spot for the course.  Spaces will be given to DCPs and DCS CPs who do not have TLC Advanced first.  We will accommodate Assistants or those who need a TLC Advanced refresher if space is available.  The course will be limited to 15 people for the best possible experience.  

You will be notified by March 25th if you have a spot in the course or if you are on the waiting list. 

Participants must be available for the entire duration of the course. The course will run via Zoom.
