Mission of the Tech Interactive Student Board: To organize and inspire Bay Area youth to broaden their understanding of global issues and to become the architects of change by using technology to provide innovative solutions.
 
The board, composed of six rising seniors and six rising juniors, will collaborate with The Tech to bring the youth voice to the table when addressing global problems, focusing on sustainability for 2020-2021. These high school students will fundraise and work to plan a Youth Climate Action Summit to involve passionate individuals in this cause. The Youth Board is comprised of:
- Twelve members: Six rising seniors, six rising juniors
- Executive positions: Co-Presidents, Vice President, Director of Team Communication, Director of Outreach, and Director of Social Media
 
Commitment/Responsibilities for all Board Members
- Commitment until the end of your senior year.
- Attend bi-monthly touch-base meetings with the board in downtown San Jose OR over Zoom, a teleconferencing platform, with more frequent meetings as events near.
- Expectation that communication and work towards building the Youth Climate Action Summit will be ongoing throughout the year, in addition to meeting times.

We will be recruiting six rising high school juniors.
