All 2022 Hopatcong Marketplace markets are a fundraiser for the
Hopatcong Community Wellness Center which benefits the people of
Hopatcong! Because this event is a fundraiser, there are NO REFUNDS.
However, if the weather causes us to cancel the Bonus Holiday Market on
12/18/22, vendors fees for this date will be refunded. The December 18th
Bonus Holiday Market is open to the public from 11am to 3pm and will
take place in the Hopatchung Road Park & Ride Lot and the Hopatcong

art FUN and Borough of Hopatcong to use images of Vendor Space and items
for any purpose in connection with promoting the Hopatcong
Marketplace. Vendor grants Farm to art FUN and Borough of Hopatcong
permission to use his/her name(s), and any other information in order to
promote the Marketplace.
All vendors are welcome -
Farms, Food Vendors, Crafters, Makers, Artisans, Artists, Direct Sales
Vendors, Local Businesses, Vintage Dealers and Community Groups!
However, it is discouraged for vendors to resale dollar store/grocery
store items. For Example: paper goods (toilet paper, paper plates,
etc.), laundry detergent, bleach, cleansers, hand soap, sanitizer,
shampoo, conditioner, baby formula, diapers, wipes, etc. New gift items,
handmade items and vintage items are all welcome.
Food Vendors must have the proper permits as deemed necessary and in
accordance with Sussex County Department of Health and the Hopatcong
Fire Department. All permits must be presented prior to vendor set-up.
Once permission is granted by Sussex County Department of Health, vendor
will email a copy of permission over to Farm to Art FUN at email@example.com.
A Fire extinguisher is required when a generator is in use. All food
vendors who prepare food on premise need to have a hand washing station.
Due to allergies, latex items are not permitted at the Hopatcong Marketplace including gloves and balloons.
Vendor agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Farm to Art FUN,
the Borough of Hopatcong and its principles, agents, officers and
employees from all claims, losses, costs, damages or expenses resulting
from any and all injuries to (or death of) any person or damage to any
property caused by an act of omission, or neglect of vendor’s pets,
agents, employees, invitees or guests which directly or indirectly
related to participation in the Hopatcong Marketplace or sales of
product. Vendor agrees to use and occupy the space at vendor’s own risk,
and hereby releases the Borough of Hopatcong and its agents, officers,
employees, invitees and Farm to Art FUN from all claims for any damage,
loss or injury to any person or property to the full extent permitted by
law occurring on or about the property, including but not limited to
damages resulting from acts of other vendors, theft, vandalism, fire and
other casualty damage or damages arising from any defects in the
premises. The Borough of Hopatcong and Farm to Art FUN are not liable
for “acts of God” which may result in the cancellation, rescheduling or
modification of the event. This includes any damages which may occur
during the event, as well as loading and unloading of vendor’s
merchandise. If there is severe weather and we decide to cancel for
safety reasons, paid vendors will be compensated with a credit for a
future date. Full payment to Farm to Art Fun is due immediately at time
of registration. Farm to Art Fun reserves the right to refuse any
vendor. If this happens, the vendor will be refunded in full.
