Letter of Intent

The first round of the NUDM 2027 Beneficiary Grant Application includes a letter of intent (ONE SINGLE-SIDED PAGE MAXIMUM) about your organization. In your letter, be sure to address the following questions:
- What is your organization's mission statement?
- What does your organization do?
- Why is a partnership between your organization and NUDM a good fit? Why the NUDM grant?

Feel free to include any other information that best explains your organization, but keep in mind the letter of intent should not be longer than one single-sided page.

Please email your completed cover letter to exec@nudm.org as a PDF titled "OrganizationName-NUDM2027-FirstRound" by February 6th, 2026 at 5 pm central. Your application is not considered complete until you have both submitted this Google Form and emailed us your letter of intent.
