2024 Baseball Sask Umpire Clinic Request Form
Requirements:  

     1) Cost of Clinic
               i. 1-20 Participants - $300 plus Baseball Sask Umpire Registration Fees per participant ($30)
               ii. For each 15 more participants - Add $150 plus Baseball Sask Umpire Registration Fees Participant ($30)
               iii. Cheques should be made payable to Baseball Saskatchewan or; payments can be sent by e-Transfer to mike@baseballsask.ca and state in the Transfer Memo what Minor Ball Club it is for.
           

     2) Host is responsible for all facility, beverage and food cost associated with clinic
