2018 Academy's Sampling Information Form
Deadline: September 7, 2018
Please submit the following information to Show Management for approval to distribute your product as a sample to attendees. When preparing your samples, be sure to abide by all sampling and food preparation rules as described in the Exhibitor Service Kit and the Contract for exhibit space.

Only food and beverage manufacturers may serve 6 oz. sample size portions of their own food product(s) and 4 oz. sized portions of nonalcoholic beverages.

This information will be used to assess your request for sample distribution by the general contractor and catering department to plan for storage, preparation space and delivery schedules, and by housekeeping to plan for garbage removal. It is suggested that exhibitors who plan the distribution of large quantities of food product arrange for porter cleaning service to maintain the professional appearance of their booth and the exhibit floor surrounding their booth.
