Only food and beverage manufacturers may serve 6 oz. sample size portions of their own food product(s) and 4 oz. sized portions of nonalcoholic beverages.
This information will be used to assess your request for sample distribution by the general contractor and catering department to plan for storage, preparation space and delivery schedules, and by housekeeping to plan for garbage removal. It is suggested that exhibitors who plan the distribution of large quantities of food product arrange for porter cleaning service to maintain the professional appearance of their booth and the exhibit floor surrounding their booth.
