Temporary "Internet-Only" Card Signup
We want to do what we can to help our patrons during the COVID-19 closure. Don't have a card yet? Fill this out to get a Carthage Public Library "Internet-Only" card. This will allow you to check ebooks out even while we're temporarily closed. To set the account up, we need some basic information such as name and address. You also must provide an email address or phone number so we can get back to you with your new card number. Once a staff member enters your information in our system, they will send you a message with your card number, and you can start checking ebooks out! As a last resort, for patrons without email or phone, we can send you a physical letter with your new account information, but we strongly recommend email. Some fields are required.
