Summer Food Service Program Application
All sites must:
- Be a safe, secure location for meal service in an income eligible community (we will research this for you)
- Be approved for meal service and sign partner agreement with LCFB
- Attend mandatory annual training
- Be approved by the Department of Education via information provided in this application
- Not receiving Breakfast, Lunch or Snack from another SFSP sponsor *sites cannot receive the same meal type from different sponsors, but can receive breakfast from a site and lunch and snack from another.

- The deadline for submitting SFSP applications is April 28th, 2023

Mandatory Training Information:  
- Virtual training dates will be New Sites:  May 31st, 10:00 am and Returning Sites: June 1st, at 10:00 am. 
- Each site must have all staff who will be assisting with the meal program attend this virtual training.  
- A registration email will be sent after review of each application.
