We are so excited you are interested the fourth annual Columbus CoffeeFest on September 28th-29th!Please read the entire directions below before filling out this form to ensure you actually secure your spot and know the requirements for participation.
This is a two-step sign-up! Please use this form to send us your general info. Once this form is completed and accepted you will be given a link to choose your type of vendor spot at the event and pay your vendor fee. Please note, this year your registration is not completed until your vendor fee has been paid.
Vendors will be located around the Village (both indoor and outdoor) this year. Guests will be provided with a mug to walk around and try small samples of coffee from vendors, shop their merch and learn more about their brands. There will be food trucks and bakeries at the event for guests to patronize at the event as well, plus a local maker area!
All Coffee Vendors are required to give out samples of coffee to attendees and are also able to sell merchandise at the event this year. Sample sizes are defined as 3 -4 ounces. We are expecting 3,500 guests per day, 7,500 for the weekend.
Each Vendor will be able to choose the level and type of spot they would like to have at the event depending on your needs and budget! Each type is limited and on a first come first serve basis! Unless run off a separate power source provided by the vendor - we do not have the capabilities of supporting espresso machines or percolators at this time and require other methods of brewing.
Each vendor will receive their name on promotional material (print and digital), their logo and info on the Columbus CoffeeFest Website for 1 year, name on day-of print material, and opportunities for more cross promotion with Columbus Underground during the event promotion process.
