NatCon21 Scholarship Request Form
The National Council for Behavioral Health is excited to offer a limited number of scholarships for young professionals with lived mental health and addiction experience to attend NatCon21 (May 3 – 5, 2021) at no cost. This scholarship will allow you to attend all sessions virtually to learn more about resources and strategies to shape the future of mental health and addictions.
