68th FEFAC Public Annual Meeting

FEFAC, the European Feed Manufacturers’ Federation, is pleased to announce that the event program for our 68th FEFAC Annual Public Meeting on May 31, 2024, starting at 08:30 till 13:00 CET has been confirmed. 
This year’s event will be hosted in person at ACE events, next to the Schuman roundabout (https://aceevents.eu/).

Kindly note that this year's participation fee is
85 EUR, which includes program activities, coffee breaks, and a walking lunch.
Your registration will be secured upon receipt of the fee.

Additionally, we would appreciate your confirmation regarding your attendance at the Gala Dinner on Thursday, 30th May at La Ferme Mont Saint Jean, situated in Waterloo. The address link is available here:

The full fee of 180 EUR  includes the Gala Dinner open to all participants.
Transport will be also provided from the Martin's Brussels EU Hotel to the restaurant.

egistration is per person. Should you wish to extend the invitation to members of your organization, please feel free to share the e-link with them.
Deadline for registration is no later than April 30, 2024.

Terms and conditions

Photos: During the event there will be taken photographs which will be published and therefore the attendees might be visible on one or more of those.

Cancellation policy: In the event of the attendee is unable to attend the event, it is not possible to cancel the ticket. The fees charged to attend the event must be paid in full, even in case of a no-show by attendee. Nevertheless, it is possible to have the name of the ticket's holder changed within the company. In this case, contact hbalci@fefac.eu

In the event the organisers have to cancel the event due to a future outbreak of COVID-19 or possible mutations of the virus, the organiser will not refund the ticket fee.

In the event the organisers have to cancel the event due to a cause beyond the control of the organisers (e.g.(but not limited to), force majeure, like global pandemics, epidemics, war, strikes, estreme weather conditions, fire or governmental actions prohibiting the event) any registration will not be refunded. 

Disclaimer: The organiser (FEFAC) shall not be liable for any damage caused to the attendees and therefore participants are encouraged to have such an insurance. Only if the damage is caused by fundamental breach of contract the organiser can be held responsible. 

Payment: Payment must be made upon registration after receipt of invoice. The registration will first be completed upon receipt of payment. 

VAT: VAT is not included in the pricing above. Reversed charge procedure will be used when applicable under EU regulation.
