Data: Disclosed information in the registration module, such as company name and name of the attendee will be published and distributed for the purpose of organising the event. If the attendee would like this sort of data removed from the database, please contact administrator@fefac.eu
Photos: During the event there will be taken photographs which will be published and therefore the attendees might be visible on one or more of those.
Cancellation policy: In the event of the attendee is unable to attend the event, it is not possible to cancel the ticket. The fees charged to attend the event must be paid in full, even in case of a no-show by attendee. Nevertheless, it is possible to have the name of the ticket's holder changed within the company. In this case, contact hbalci@fefac.eu
In the event the organisers have to cancel the event due to a future outbreak of COVID-19 or possible mutations of the virus, the organiser will not refund the ticket fee.
In the event the organisers have to cancel the event due to a cause beyond the control of the organisers (e.g.(but not limited to), force majeure, like global pandemics, epidemics, war, strikes, estreme weather conditions, fire or governmental actions prohibiting the event) any registration will not be refunded.
Disclaimer: The organiser (FEFAC) shall not be liable for any damage caused to the attendees and therefore participants are encouraged to have such an insurance. Only if the damage is caused by fundamental breach of contract the organiser can be held responsible.
Payment: Payment must be made upon registration after receipt of invoice. The registration will first be completed upon receipt of payment.
VAT: VAT is not included in the pricing above. Reversed charge procedure will be used when applicable under EU regulation.
