This will also give us an idea of the best way to contact you with updates, questions, and general information. We do understand this is a lot of information and we appreciate you taking to the time to read through it completely. We will only contact you with future puppy information. Based off of the information in your application, we will be sending you an email letting you know if your application has been approved or denied. If approved, you will receive an email with our puppy agreement, policies, and how the waitlist fee can be paid.

What city and state do you live in? *Please understand that due to government restrictions, if you live in Hawaii or a country with strict import laws you will be required to pick up your puppy in person as well as make ALL arrangements for travel. We do NOT make these arrangements for you. *

All of our puppies come with a strict spay/neuter contract.

This means no breeding rights will be offered and you will be legally tied to a contract stating that you will not breed the puppy you will be receiving, and you will also spay/neuter the puppy within the given time frame. - If you are a breeder we will need to speak about this BEFORE you submit your application.

Please note the waitlist fee you will be required to pay if approved DOES go towards the total price for your puppy but is nonrefundable.

NONREFUNDABLE means that if you pay this fee and later decide that you no longer want to purchase a puppy, you WILL NOT be getting your money back. However, you do of course have the freedom to go elsewhere after joining. We just ask that you notify us so that we can keep our existing waitlists up to date and will not be contacting you unnecessarily.

Please tell us about yourself and your family! Do you have kids or other family members living with you? Do you have any other pets?

What kind of home will you be raising your puppy in? (House, Apartment, Farm, etc.?) Do you have a yard? Do you plan to crate train or board when you are away for work or vacation? Corgis are a small breed but also an active breed and need exercise! We have lots of helpful tips for all types of living situations!

Is there a specific time frame you are looking to add your new puppy to your family? Please understand we can not guarantee any breeding as mother nature has her roll to play as well. It can take some time depending on current waitlist sizes and how specific your interests are as well as various other things.

If for some unforseen reason, you were no longer able to keep your puppy, please understand that it would be a REQUIREMENT through our contract that you return him/her to us for no monetary refund in exchange? Our puppies are not for resale, it is important you understand that the puppy goes home with you for forever, or comes back to live with us.

When we post planned litters to our website it is to give you an idea of what we hope for. Before each breeding we will be having our females checked by a vet to be sure the breeding is healthy and safe. Mother Nature willing these are our best laid plans however there are many factors we cannot control and many reasons for changing a planned litter.
