I am writing on behalf of a group of 8 golfers from The Dyke GC in Sussex (all single figure handicappers) who plan to visit Hertfordshire during the first week of September this year and  play courses rated within the top 100 in the UK. 

I would be grateful if you could advise whether you are able to accommodate two tee times (two x 4 ball groups) on any of the dates 3, 4 or 5 September for 18 holes and whether you offer a day / 36 hole fee. One member or the group is a BIGGA card holder; would they benefit from courtesy of the course?
