Waste Reduction Bike Tour Sign-up
Join the NYC Compost Project and other community partners on Saturday, August 12 (rain date Sunday, August 13), for our Food Waste Reduction Bike Tour! Using the EPA’s Food Reduction hierarchy, this bike tour will visit projects across the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens that are actively pursuing these concepts.

The bike tour will be from 12 PM - 6:30 PM with breaks along the way, so bring along snacks and healthy liquids for hydration. The tour will begin in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant and terminate in Long Island City, Queens at Smiling Hogshead Ranch.
