The Fight for Immigrant and Economic Justice in Our Own Backyards
Thank you for RSVP-ing to "The Fight for Immigrant and Economic Justice in Our Own Backyards."

Tuesday, September 17, 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Am Shalom (840 Vernon Avenue, Glencoe, Illinois)

The Jewish Council on Urban Affairs' North Suburban Organizing Team presents an evening with Rep. Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz, staff from the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic, and attorney and activist Lee Goodman. We will hear about economic and systemic problems in our own neighborhoods and the connection between what we see here, within our immigrant community, and what is going on across the state and the country. We will think together about how to take action to support immigrant communities and move towards economic justice for all in the Northern Suburbs. All are welcome and encouraged to attend for this important educational session and conversation.

Light refreshments will be served. Please reach out to Anna Rubin (anna@jcua.org) with any questions.
