Material Change Request - AJA Orion-8 Dielectric Sputtering System
All material requests for the AJA Orion-8 Dielectric Sputtering System (2" target) should be submitted using this form.

Effective 9/27/2023 only requests made through this form will be accepted.  

Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis with consideration given to specific extenuating time constraints. 

For the most up-to-date information on current materials, check the instrument notes in Badger.

Material changes are performed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Requested materials will remain in the instrument until the next scheduled change unless otherwise noted.  If multiple users request the same materials, the time frame may be extended to allow for all users time to perform their depositions.
