Our coaches are one of the most important pillars of our club, and your dedication has played a vital role in the success of our players and community this season.If you are new to Lakes FC then welcome and thank you for taking the time to fill this in.

As the 2025 season draws to a close, we are turning our attention to the year ahead. One of our goals is to improve our planning processes by identifying and selecting our 2026 coaches as early as possible across all levels—youth, seniors, and academy. This will also allow us to highlight any potential gaps and, where necessary, arrange appropriate coach education. As many of these programs involve significant costs, early planning enables us to apply for the required funding in good time. This will also demonstrate to our players and their whanau transparency in coach identification and selection, which ultimately helps everyone.
