We'll have informal discussions about how to obtain feedback from patrons with disabilities, and how you can build engagement with patrons with disabilities, and some great strategies for both being used in Chicago by your peers. Bring stories of your favorite tricks of the trade, successes and failures…and lots of questions! Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages provided!
