SERVICE RE-DO: Our salon guarantees its work. When a client is not satisfied with a service we will correct the problem. In regard to chemical services they are only guaranteed with the use of our recommended retail products. *
RETAIL RETURN/REFUND POLICY: We 100% guarantee our products, if you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases we will exchange for full credit within 30 days of your purchase. *
FUTURE APPOINTMENT RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of your scheduled services is required in order to reserve your appointment slot. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice or no notice at all, your original deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule. *
PHOTO RELEASE: At the salon we like to showcase our work on social media. If you look bad, we look bad, so we will never post anything negative, derogatory, or the like. Can we feature you on our pages? *
CLIENTS UNDER 16: For clients under the age of 16 a parent of guardian must be present for waxing or chemical services. (please select below if you agree to these terms and would like to continue with services). Children are welcome in the salon only if they are receiving services accompanied by a parent or adult 18 or older.   *
NON-SUFFICIENT FUND POLICY: Returned checks incur a $25 fee. Any returned checks after the 1st offense the client will be required to pay by credit/debit or cash only. *
