Expected participation: 250-300 participants
Language: Polish (preferred). However we do accept also talks in English.
Topics:
We will focus on technical leadership skills, mentoring, communication, negotiations, soft skills and hobbies, passion, side hustle and other things that might be interesting to experienced software developers. We plan to have 2-3 parallel tracks. We will have standard format (45-50 mins) and shorts (25-30 mins).
In the late afternoon we will have more informal, shorter talks (max. 30 min) on hobbies, passion, etc.
In addition to that, we will also host discussion at the tables in smaller groups to go deeper on presented topics.
