Banner Fundraiser for Overbrook Parks and Recreation

Payments:
Once you have completed the Banner Sponsor Form, please wait for confirmation from OPR regarding available spacing before submitting any payments. OPR accepts payments via check, cash, or credit card.

  • Checks and Cash can be delivered in person to City Hall or mailed to:

  • Credit Card payments can be made online at Payment Options | City of Overbrook Kansas. When selecting the payment option, be sure to choose "Parks and Rec Payments" and include both your name, business name, and "Banner Fundraiser" in the comment section.

Set-Up and Take-Down:
All participating businesses are responsible for providing and removing their own banners.

  • Banners may be set up beginning March 1st.
  • Banners must be removed by November 1st.
  • During the baseball season, banners will be displayed at the ball diamonds. After the adult recreation league season ends, banners will be moved to the soccer fields. This transfer is the responsibility of the business owner.
  • Banner placement is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pricing:
The following banner sizes are available for the fundraiser:

  • 3 feet tall by 5 feet long – $125
  • 4 feet tall by 8 feet long – $250
