2023 Festival Vendor Application
This form is to make sure that we have the correct information to be able to file a contract with you. Please complete every section below, and then a contract will be emailed to you for the 2023 Unique, Boutique, & Antique Festival.

This years festival will be held on June 16th and 17th, 2023. Set up will be on Friday June 16th from 1-3pm. Tear down will be after 5pm on Saturday, and also during the day on Sunday. All booths are required to be set up during the entire event.

Your booth space will be reserved once the final contract is signed and your payment is made. At that time, a location will be given to you.

Which booth space option is best for you? There are 3 options to choose from. Each cost is the same.  *
With the cost of your booth space, two wristbands will be provided to you. Additional wristbands are $5.00. Please let us know if you would like to purchase any addional wristbands.

Camping is $75.00 per site. 2 nights for camping, Friday and Saturday night. Water and electric is provided. Two addional wristbands will be provided with your camping spot.  *
Have you ever held a booth space at the Festival before? (This allows us to be able to look up previous contracts.) *
