Call for Proposals Healthy Beginnings Conference
The Gulf Coast Chapter of TXAEYC is now accepting proposals for our 2018 Healthy Beginnings Summer Conference.

This year the focus is on the mind and body connection. Science tells us that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can affect our physical health. The opposite is also true, what we do with our physical bodies can impact our mental state including our ability to learn. This mind-body connection is something that is often over looked in our early childhood programs, but plays an important role in a child’s over-all well-being. Proposals should focus on development of these mind-body connections.
