TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

- As a small independent artist, I cannot offer refunds for missing or damaged packages, unless it's because of my own mistakes (e.g. writing the wrong address). I can assure you I'll take extreme care of your order, monitoring tracking number and contacting postal service if needed!
- I'm shipping from Europe (Italy), and since we do not have very clear rates for shipments outside the country I'll need to calculate them after placing your order, depending on your country location. Take in mind that shipments from EU to the United States, for example, can cost around €13/€14 or even more, since new taxes are coming.
- To ensure the safety of your orders, all shipments will be tracked and have their own tracking number.
- I only accept payments via Paypal. I'll send you the total cost (merch selected + shipping) via email after your order is placed through this form.
- I consider the order confirmed only after the full payment is done.
- I've made and sold merchandise before, but since fee duties are changing all around the world, and as I'm quite new to shipping orders internationally, I cannot guarantee there won't be any additional fees when your package arrives. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but it's unfortunately something I simply cannot do anything about, and very annoying to me also :(

UPDATES FOR USA CLIENTS

Due to latest shipment duties that seems to apply a 80$ tax on any shipment under 400$ from 29th August, all shipment to United States are temporarily cancelled. I'm very sorry for this issue who sadden me deeply... let's see what will happen in next weeks.
