What's Blooming on Harrison Food Vendor/Food Truck Application
Thank you for applying to What's Blooming on Harrison. The street festival will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 11 am - 7 pm. The application deadline is Monday, March 2, 2020. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by March 16, 2020. Payment via our website's Paypal link or by check is due by April 1, 2020. Please email Laurel Wolff at whatsblooming@oakparkartsdistrict.com with any questions you may have.

The $150 Application Fee is due upon acceptance. Please do not remit fees until acceptance.

All food vendors/food trucks must provide their own generator if electricity is needed. Generators must be grounded and in compliance with the Village of Oak Park's standards. All generators will be inspected the morning of the event.

Access to a water source is not provided.

Please note all food vendors MUST separately comply with Village of Oak Park regulations. We are currently awaiting the updated 2020 Temporary Food Permit application and guidelines plus fee information from the Village.

If needing a tent, will you provide your own? *
We strongly recommend having a tent if not in a truck. Tents will be set up on thetreet and need to be secured by the exhibitor with weights. Tents without weights cannot be set up. Exhibitors may start set up after 8 am. Streets reopen to traffic at 9:30 pm. While the art fair ends at 7 pm, food vendors may stay until 9 pm. Tables and chairs are available for rental through the event but tents are not. There are no color requirements for tents.
If bringing a food truck, what are your space requirements? Booth spaces are 10' x 10' so please use increments of 10' to describe your space needs.
