To support CDNIS' latest busing program, Kwoon Chung (KCM) would like to be as flexible as possible!

For students' SAFETY, we thank parents for informing KCM in advance for any bus change(s) afterschool, so that we could ensure bus will not be overloaded and escorts will have precise information on students should be taking/not taking the bus on each day, if seat is available for the requested.

To sign up, please kindly note the followings:-

* Dismissal bus change request will be available from Aug 17, 2021 (Tuesday).
* Cut-off time for daily change(s) handling on a school day will be at 1000am.


* For PREP to G12 students only
* Per student per form
* Per change(s) per form  
   (e.g. every MON & every FRI required changes, please fill-in this form TWICE)


* Seat on the requested "change" of the bus number is NOT guaranteed, but the designated (regular/original) bus do.
* If any confirmed "change" bus request(s) overloaded with the new application(s) or new moving house request for the regular bus route at a later stage throughout the school year, KCM reserves the right to cancel any confirmed "change" request anytime, with at least 5 working days advance written notice for parents.


* All request(s) MUST be made in  *** 3 working days ***  in advance, except for the period between Aug 17 to 20, 2021.
* KCM will confirm/decline the request(s) by latest:
                 
            - 1200noon for period between Aug 17 to Aug 20, 2021
            - ​1 working day, prior to the effective date of change, from Aug 23, 2021 onwards
