「 Vacademy 尚學堂 」的宗旨是授人以「魚」不如授人以「漁」，「授」人以漁後得「建」池而漁 。“建池而漁”的目的就是讓殘障和弱勢的“追夢者”從各界的技藝導師和手藝老師身上學到才藝後，再由行銷與品牌團隊協助他們研究市場、豐富視覺、營銷推廣和品牌宣傳下打造屬於他們自己的品牌，促使他們能經濟獨立並成為社會貢獻一員。

The Vacademy believes that giving a fish can relieve a momentary hunger, but it's not sustainable. By teaching to fish are much more complete. The goal is not only to teach to fish, but also to build the pond at the same time, where it enables Dream Chaser to not only equip with the knowledge and skills taught by creative teachers, but also to have a marketing and branding team to assist them in building their own brand. This will help the disable and disadvantage individual to build their own pond and able to fish within it themselves; allowing them to have the equal opportunity to be independent and earn their own living.
