YWC 2020 Instructions and Guidelines
Deadline to register for an informational booth: Wednesday, March 11th, 2020.

Hosting an informational booth is free-of-charge for all participants.

Booth participants are provided with a table, chairs, name badges, and placards.

Informational booth forums are divided into four sessions, 45-minutes each.

Anticipated attendance per session is 90-100 students.

All booth participants must check-in on the day of the event prior to setting-up.

Setup time is from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, the day of the event.

Please advise in advance if you will require additional equipment or electricity.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
