Hi! Welcome to the EUS Beverage Order Form!

Fill out this form to order a myriad of beverages that the EUS can order on your behalf for your event!

Please note that you cannot use this form to order beverages for personal use.

Do NOT use this form for Blues Pub orders, those are taken care of automatically.

If you have any questions about what to pick or need another beverage that is not on the list, you can email the VP Internal at the email listed in the form description above.

How many cases of each beverage would you need? *
A case is 24 beverages usually. Please note that some cases come in the 473ml (tallboy) variety. Please inquire if you are unsure. So if one needed 240 cans of a beverage, I would order 10 cases.
Pick up arrangements *
Pickup will usually be on Friday mornings at 10 AM from the courtyard. Depending on the quantity of your order, you will need multiple volunteers. Please provide names and a plan for transporting and storing your beverages before your event.
Do you understand the Empties Policy of the EUS? *
You MUST return all empty cans/bottles that you check out. Failure to do so will result in fines to your organization. If you're unsure, you can email the VP Internal for clarification.
