Lifting, carrying, moving heavy things
Being very nice and uplifting toward people no matter what else may be going on
Setting up electronics
FAST or other fire safety training

(Can you lift things? Build things? Make things look amazing? Are you a "people" person? Have you assisted with projects in the past?)
Do you have tools or hardware you can bring to the event? What kinds of tools or materials?
Decompression 2017 will run from 4PM to 1AM, on November 18th. There will be volunteer shifts running from set-up beginning at 8am on Saturday to 3 AM on Sunday for tear-down. There will also be volunteer shifts on Friday evening the 17th in Boston and in Providence, and in Providence and then Boston on Sunday the 19th. What issues or concerns, if any, with your volunteer shift timing do you have? Do you have time preferences for shift scheduling?
Set-up start times and tear-down finishing times have not been finalized yet and may change.
