Through his support of innovation, collaboration, and growth among entrepreneurs and senior living and healthcare providers, John has helped countless companies improve the independence, quality and cost of care, and overall lives of the aging population. John was known for building strong relationships with entrepreneurs’ colleagues, investors, employees - all stakeholders striving for excellence; but with a “Hopper-like” understanding and appreciation for the sacrifices, persistence and hard work entrepreneurs and their teams typically go through for each issue, priority, and milestone leading to the success he expected from each of them.

John was a highly innovative and visionary leader who impacted other leaders and teams through his engaging personality, strategic creativity, and mentoring approach. He valued all perspectives, and was a judgement-free sounding board to many he lent an ear.
