We take the issue of bullying very seriously at Liskeard School and Community College. This form can be used to report any incidents of bullying that you or your friends may be experiencing.

Please remember that you can speak to your Form Tutor, Head of Year or any member of staff about concerns you may have. You are also able to report an incident in the red box outside the New Hall.

Completing this form will inform members of staff of your concerns. A member of staff will then see you discretely to discuss your concerns.

Actions will be taken where necessary to ensure you feel safe and supported in school.
