1. Payment terms:
- If you do online banking like Maybank2u, CIMBclicks or any other online payment, please email us the transaction receipt. We don't accept automatic notification email as a proof of payment.
- If you transfer from ATM Machine, please SCAN the receipt and email us the receipt.

- We post all orders made before 12pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju makes deliveries in 1-2 days.
- We will SMS the tracking number once the items has been courier.
- Once Courier Confirmation is SMSed to you, your products are under the responsibility of Pos Laju and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with Poslaju. You can monitor your items at Pos Malaysia website using the tracking number that has been SMSed to you.
3. Exchanges/ Returns:
- STYL.e allows exchanges subject to availability of the products.
- Refund will be credited to your account once we received the items in unworn, unwashed & unaltered condition.
- Accessories like jewelry are non-returnable.
- For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify STYL.e first at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the invoice number.
- All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and lighting. We will try to portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
- Please check the size measurement before place the order. We will not accept return with wrong size.
