Stakewars IV - Validator rewards request
This is a registration form for StakeWars IV rewards program. Note, if you don't want to receive a reward, you can skip this step. 

Before you fill this in, you need to set up the staking pool. For more information you can access this page.

The submissions will be reviewed by the Near One team at the end of StakeWars IV. Requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled, the Pagoda team will review the description of the usecase and decide based on that if the request will be granted or not.

The form requires five inputs:
  1. A StatelessNet pool account (we will stake into this pool, see this page for details on how to create one)
  2. A Telegram handle, used if future communication is required
  3. An email address, used if future communication is required
  4. A link to the description of your usecase. Please use this github issue template to submit the description and get the link to it.
  5. (Optional) mainnet account id, will be used for the reward.
