DRAFT NATIONAL POLICY ON SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (NPSCD): A GREEN PAPER
The Ministry would like your input on the National Policy on Sustainable Community Development (NPSCD): A Green Paper. The policy aims to inform initiatives for improving the communities of Trinidad and Tobago and to ensure that they are placed on a solid path to growth and sustainability. To achieve this, the NPSCD’s focus will be on the four (4) pillars of human and social, economic, cultural and environmental development, through approaches that are multi-sectoral, evidenced based and participatory.
We encourage you to provide your comments on the draft NPSCD. Our goal is to obtain a wide range of views and support for this important initiative.
